About the Client
Nate Robbins is a Pacific Northwest-based serial entrepreneur, real estate investor, and community builder. Known for co-creating Limitless - the West Coast’s largest real estate expo—he has managed over $55M in real estate transactions and built multiple thriving ventures.
After experiencing a severe health decline while scaling his businesses, Nate designed Fit & Fab Fitness to help himself and other high-achieving entrepreneurs reclaim their health.
The program blends three core health metrics (10,000 daily steps, optimal protein intake, and five weekly workouts) with high-stakes accountability and exclusive retreat experiences.
The Challenge
Nate had built Fit & Fab Fitness into a powerful program for high-achieving entrepreneurs, but its growth was slow and unpredictable. Enrollment relied almost entirely on his personal outreach, and while participants loved the experience, the brand’s online presence wasn’t reflecting its premium, results-driven nature.
We needed to position Fit & Fab as the obvious choice for ambitious executives ready to invest in their health - while creating a marketing system that could consistently attract the right people without Nate having to chase every lead.
This meant refining the brand voice to match the vibe and exclusivity of the program, building a content strategy that conveyed authority and credibility, and implementing a clear funnel to move interested followers into committed participants. Each piece had to work together - strengthening the brand, amplifying reach, and turning interest into measurable growth in both participants and revenue.
